Anatomical Patches

An anatomical patch is a pre-cut, ready-to-use application. No measuring, rounding corners, or guessing the stretch: peel off the backing, apply it following the pattern, and go. For the ankle. The 34 × 25.5 cm patch follows the shape of the foot and shin: the center section sits under the heel, and the "rays" cover the side ligaments. This is the zone where beginners most often get the strip shape wrong, so a ready-made template saves both time and tape. Two colors. Nude — discreet under socks and on the beach. Black — when the patch is visible and you want it to look like part of your gear. Who it's for. First-time tapers; anyone on the go without scissors; coaches who need to tape several athletes quickly.
