We want your shopping experience to be as convenient and fast as possible. Below is detailed information about how we deliver orders and which payment methods are available.

📦 Delivery Methods

We ship products throughout Ukraine using the following services:

ROZETKA pickup points (Rozetka Delivery) — convenient, cost-effective delivery to the nearest pickup point.
Nova Poshta — the fastest option: to a branch, a parcel locker, or by courier.
Ukrposhta — standard delivery to a branch.
Meest Poshta — convenient delivery to pickup points.

You can pick up your order in person from our warehouse at: provulok Leopolda Yashchenka, 3K2, Kyiv, 02000.

Important: You must arrange a time in advance so we can prepare your order and be there to meet you.

💳 Payment Methods

We operate officially, so all payments go to the sole proprietor’s (FOP) account. You can choose whichever method is most convenient:

1. Payment by Bank Details (IBAN)

You can pay for your order through any banking app using the official details:

🧾 Electronic Receipt

After successful payment and order processing, you’ll receive a fiscal receipt by SMS or messenger at the phone number you provided.

ℹ️ Additional Information

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.
After shipping, we’ll send you the waybill number (TTN) so you can track your parcel.
