Public Offer (Sale and Purchase Agreement)
This agreement is an official public offer of the online store Ministry of Tapes (hereinafter — the Seller), operating through the website https://ministryoftapes.com.ua, to enter into a remote sale and purchase agreement for goods.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the Seller’s offer (acceptance) is deemed to occur when an order is placed on the website https://ministryoftapes.com.ua or the goods are paid for.
1.2. The Seller sells portable printers, accessories, and consumables (paper, stickers).
2. Price and Payment
2.1. Prices for goods are listed on the website’s pages in the national currency of Ukraine — the hryvnia.
2.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price of a product before an order is placed.
2.3. The Buyer may pay for an order:
- Online on the website (via payment systems).
- Cash on delivery at a delivery service branch.
- By direct transfer to the sole proprietor’s (FOP) account.
3. Delivery
3.1. Goods are delivered throughout Ukraine by the “Nova Poshta” delivery service (or others by arrangement).
3.2. Delivery time is 1 to 5 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.
3.3. Delivery cost is paid by the Buyer according to the carrier’s rates, unless otherwise stated in the terms of promotions on the website.
4. Return and Exchange
4.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
4.2. A return is possible provided that:
- The product has not been used (no signs of printing, scratches).
- Its marketable appearance, packaging, and complete set of parts are preserved.
- A document confirming the purchase is available.
4.3. Consumables (thermal paper, stickers) are not subject to return once the protective packaging has been opened, unless they have a factory defect.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. By filling out the order form, the Buyer consents to the collection and processing of their personal data (surname, name, phone number, delivery address) for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
5.2. The Seller uses cookies to improve the website’s performance and prevent spam. Detailed terms of data processing are set out in the “Privacy Policy” section.
