Boob tape is the same cotton kinesiology tape, but in a format that works like invisible lingerie. It holds your bust in a backless dress, a plunging neckline, or a one-shoulder look — anywhere a regular bra would show. Three widths. 5 cm — the main width for support: strips run from the lower edge of the bust up to the shoulder. 3.8 cm — for a smaller size or when you need to trace the neckline more precisely. 2.5 cm — a delicate strip for the face: smoothing the nasolabial fold for an evening out, lifting a brow, or setting skin under makeup. Three colors. Nude — under light and sheer fabrics. Clear — when part of the strip might peek out from a neckline. Black — under dark dresses and lace. How to use it. Skin should be dry and cream-free. Before applying, cover the nipple with a cotton pad or a silicone cover. Remove slowly, under warm water or with oil, supporting the skin as you go. Don't apply over irritated skin or on the day of hair removal. A 5 m roll is good for several outings.
